The article that I read from Module 3 is Constitution had it right. This article is a very well written and organized article on the California Constitution; it was easily understood and had several valid and interesting points. The article begins with facts when the state was established as a federalist system. Then the article states how even now it is Article 8 of the Constitution that clearly describes the division of power between the central and the states. The Constitution had been very stern and clear with this division of power despite several amendments, however, changing modern times call for certain issues to become more complex and solved.
